Company activity field : Citibank is a major international bank, founded in 1812 as the City Bank of New York, later First National City Bank of New York. Citibank is now the consumer banking arm of financial services giant Citigroup, one of the largest companies in the world. As of March 2007, it is the largest bank in the United States by holdings. Responsibilities: Attracts new Retail clients in line with Bank's strategy and acts proactively with regard to the sales activities related to customized products for Retail customers; - Contributes to achieving the target objectives with reference to Retail customers according to the agreed plan and individual budget; - Engages constant efforts to enlarge the data base with potential clients; - Implements the group business policy with reference to relationship management and acquisition of Retail customers; - Identifies current and future financial needs of the clients; - Informs the clients about loan products according to the training manual and internal sales practices, explains the loan benefits and costs; - Explains the documentation required and assists the client in filling in the loan application forms; - Prepares activity reports for DSA Unit Manager regarding all selling activities (i.e. meetings, contacts, visits); - Asks referrals from existing and potential clients; - Keeps a constant focus in improving his/her knowlwdge related to Bank's Retail products and actively participates to the related trainings; - Provides Regular feedback to the Bank's commercial departmennts; - Performs in line with the Bank's standards, norms and procedures Achievements: I was all the time in top ten of the sales agents,regarding my results.
