As a project manager I am responsible for planning and executing projects for our TVs websites to meet established objectives within defined budget and schedule constraints. My job includes initiating new projects and moving them from planning through approval to actual execution with the help of the design and programming departments. Websites reconstructions are also included in my job description as we are constantly updating our websites in order to meet our visitors expectations and to be always one step ahead the continuous market changes.
