Absolventă a Facultăţii de Informatică Iaşi şi fost coordonator al departamentului de Evaluări într-un ONG studenţesc, am decis că pentru moment, Iaşul nu mai are ce să îmi ofere, aşa că am plecat spre capitală.
Aici m-am apucat de un master in MRU şi, ca sa nu am prea mult timp liber, am hotărât că o poziţie de IT recruiter într-o firma de consultanta in recrutare.

- Identifying the main responsibilities for each position requested by the clients; - Drawing-up the job description and establishing the recruitment channels; - Organizing the recruitment process, selection and evaluation of each candidate starting with the recruitment procedures, CVs screening, interviewing and assessment until presenting the candidates to the client; - Adds elaboration and posting on the dedicated job sites; - Follow-up for each candidate (establishing the satisfaction level on the job); - exit-interviews
